Kevin Smith posed last week for the December cover of
A Bear's Life magazine. Smith talked with the magazine about
Small Town Gay Bar, the documentary he executive produced about the communities surrounding two Mississippi gay bars:
"
...the shoot represents the first time in my life I’ve been sexualized in the media ... Apparently, within the bear community, I’m considered something of a sex symbol, and if I were into c*ck, I’d have my pick of the pr*cks."
Giving a little pin-up potential to those bear-loving fans, Smith posed sucking on a popsicle:
Smith, whose brother is gay, has been popping on the pop culture gaydar quite a bit lately. Aside from producing
Small Town Gay Bar, Smith's next movie is a horror film currently called
Red State which Smith said was inspired by the extremely anti-gay Fred Phelps and governments that overlook people like him. He also hoped aloud that he may bring some gay characters to
Heroes when he works on the spin-off series, Origins.
